Papers should be written in English, formatted according to the ACM SIG style (sigconf template), should not exceed 8 pages and must be submitted via EasyChair system.

Papers must be submitted electronically as PDF files via EasyChair at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=csbio2019.
The limit for submissions is 8 pages. References and appendices will not not be counted in the page limit during the initial submission process.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers and all accepted papers must be presented at the conference.
The proceedings will be published electronically through ACM Digital Library.
A list of selected papers will be published in the Journal of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (JBCB).
